Krisha Kops aka. Krok aka. Kidedikrok aka hari Krisha, started to rap at the tender age of 14. Ever since the writing, improvising and the culture itself accompanied him on every step. He sees his poems and music as an output of the quotidian life; as a catalyst, which makes the beautiful even more beautiful and the sorrowful bearable. Of course he knows that Music is not everything in life but indeed a part of the whole. Although he might never have more than three fans (me, myself and I) he probably won’t put the pen away until the very day he may pass away. Writing is medicine and he is his own doctor. His words might even be balsam for your soul, who knows? As long as his hand is turning he will move through the alleys of the artistic being as a shadow of the night…

In the mean time Krisha Kops grew out of the juvenile stadium of an underground rapper and tried to redefine himself in various corners of music. Of course the Hip Hop origin, which is the fundamental basis for his music is audible, but still there are many elements like: Soul, Garage, Grime, Rock, Instrumental, House, Dancehall, Elektro … which have an impact on his music. Over the years he also altered his Rap-style to a progressive Melodirap-and-Singing-Style, but which also falls back to its original elements. Among other things Krisha Kops made himself a name in the spoken word and poetry scene, which in accordance, rewarded him with the title of the U20 National Champion (of the German speaking countries). Today he works together with different producers from England, Germany as well as India in order to conquer these markets with his progressive Style.
